Dear colleagues,

does anybody have experiences with iontophoresis (a method for local,
controlled release of ionic substances, e.g neurotransmitters)?

We would like to measure synaptic activity with confocal / multiphoton
microscopy upon local application of neurotransmitters.

Any experiences with iontophoresis equipment from WPI, NPI etc. (pros/cons)?

Thank you.

Guenter
