There is presently an alpha version of NIH-Image that runs on a PC. It
requires Windows95. It will also run on Windows NT. Also see the manual
available on the NIH-Image website, describing how to use NIH-Image for
processing 3D datasets, making Z-projections, rotations, stereo pairs, etc.
