Dear Xuejun,

you do not need a macro for exporting as this is directly available in
the LSM program. You can do an export from the lsm format into
tiff-format directly by opening
 the image or images s with the LSM program. Then you will see the
button export, which opens a window allowing you to transfer your files
or the series into tiff as well as a variety of other formats.
