The book was part of the Methods in Cell Biology Series, Vol 38
1993.  A softcover version call Cell Biological Applications of
Confocal Microscopy.  The volumes were produced by Academic Press.

Thanks for requiring about this book,  I couldn't resist responding
to this question since it is one of the few that I can answer
unequivocally.
