Many labs use TIE, and you might be able to get a Matlab code from one of them

IATIA was (is?) an Australian company that was selling a program to do quantitative phase microscopy (QPM) using three brightfield images (in focus + above and below focus). What ever happened to them, and is the software (or software that does something
similar) available?
