Hello,
 
        What is the general feeling out there for eliminating building
vibrations from a Confocal System?  Does everybody use air tables?
hydraulic? or metal-weighted vibration isolation?
        Could you include pros and cons as well as a ball-park price and
perhaps a vendor.
