Can anyone share their thoughts/experience on using an instrument for imaging live bacterial cultures, live mammalian cell cultures, and viral particles? The concern is about cross-contamination between samples. Does cross-contamination occur? Do you use a particular cleaning protocol between users? Do you restrict instruments to being "bacteria only" or "mammalian cell only"? Thank you in advance!
