Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows what Imaris volume measurement statistic
means in the case were the volume is not totally closed ?
Indeed I have cells stained with a membrane marker so I can create a 3D
volume of the cell. However the bottom of the cell touching the glass has
areas where there is no staining (or not strong enough). Therfore Imaris
doesn't close the volume.

Thank you

JP
