Dear Confocalists,

We are trying to stain cardiac fiber nuclei with two fluorescent dye:
YOYO-1 and Acridine-Orange. We have tried in non- and paraffin-embedded
sections. The problem is we are not getting a high contrast level
between the nuclei and the backgroung (fiber).
Does anybody have a similar problem?
Does anybody know a good solution for it?

Thank you very much.
