Hi,

It is working now. On the card, there are two jumpers that have to be
set up properly. By the way, I am using the most updated DCAM (May,
2010). Thanks a lot for all your help.

If this is wrong it will result in exactly the symptoms you are describing. It is probably worth asking Hamamatsu directly which cable you need and which settings.
