Dear Anna,
I am not sure I understand what exactly you mean by slides to test FLIM
imaging and confocal z-axis scanning.
If for the latter it is the possibility to record a 3D-structure of
known size, the only commercial ones that I know of are the Argolight
slides (argolight.com). There is a similar device from psfcheck.com but
this one has no 3D pattern, as far as I understand.
For FLIM, do you mean a slide with a known lifetime? It seems that
people prepare fresh solutions of dyes as such a standard. If there is a
solid slide, I also would be interested to know more about it.
