We are having a problem opening the Metamorph software where we receive
error messages such as "Head Communication Error. -64255" and "Head
Communication Error: 16." This is after we double click the Metamorph icon.
Once this message pops up, the software freezes and you have to
control+alt+deleteto get out of it. We are running version 4.5.5 and it is
running on Windows 95. Has anyone had this problem before or know how to fix
it?
