Has anyone ever measured the laser power at the objective in a Perkin Elmer
Ultraview and compared this to the light you get at the objective of a
Deltavision system? We have been testing both systems and would like to know
what experience people have imaging live embryos on a Perkin Elmer? How many
hours have your cells/embryos survived imaging with the Perkin ELmer
Ultraview? Has anyone had success imaging embryos for more than three hours
using the Perkin ELmer Ultraview?
