Andrea,

I think the list could better assist in directing you toward a solution
if you expanded on what your applications encompass and what you need
from a software platform (3D, 4D, what measurements you require, etc).
Best of luck.

I use ImageJ already. It's ok. I am looking to step it up a notch. We
are a large research lab and need more sophisticated approach than
homegrown methods.

As far as ImageJ does anyone have a user guide for histologists that
to help new users become familiar?

Thanks,
Andrea
