Hello, confocal microscopists, happy new year!
I have a Nikon RCM system in my lab and I'm looking for a 3D
reconstruction software for this system. The images are in the TIF format
and need to be reconstructed into 3-D. Any suggestions about this type of
software including its approximate cost will be appreciated.  Thanks in
advance!
