If each of your frames has X by Y pixels, then

in Photoshop do:
Open as -> Raw -> Set width=x, height=y, header=76 to view slice no.1
use header size = 76 + n*X*Y to view slice no. n+1

in NIH Image (or Scion Image in PC) do:
Import-> Custom-> Set-> set width=X, Height =Y, Offset=76, no. of
slices= the number you have, and you have the all the alices available
