Dear confocalists,

I want to study phagocytosis using fluorescent beads. Ideally I would like to
treat the beads that have not been taken up by the cells in a way that they loose
their fluorescence, while beads inside cells would be sheltered and could be
detected in the microscope. Any suggestions are more then welcome.

Thanks in advance,

Volker Brinkmann
