I'm running a MRC1024 (without UV laser) with excitation lines 457, 488,
514, 543 and 638. Regular fluorochromes used are FITC, Rhodamine, Cy5 as
triple labels for chromosomes.
Can anybody suggest a counter stain for DNA/chromatin so that the entire
chromosomes can be imaged when using triple labeling?.

Many thanks

Steve Taylor
