Though I can recommend no specific smooth MHC or MCLK antibodies, there are numerous ones out there. Try www.abcam.com or www.antibodies-probes.com (if you have a subscription to MSRS). I have my doubts that you will find an smooth MHC antibody that will work on fixed cells as I am aware of no antibodies to skeletal MHC that will work on fixed cells.

Hello,

Does anyone know of a good source of antibodies to myosin heavy chain (MHC
- specifically the smooth muscle types) and/or myosin light chain kinase
(MLCK)? These would be used in immunocytochemistry on fixed cells.

Thank you.
