I would appreciate if you could give me some feedback asap. I planned for
the experiment for tomorrow assuming that it will work and also I left a
voice mail.

During your last visit we discussed about using an excitation filter in the
excitation slot of the PCM2000. I did that and I did not see any blue line
at 457 nm and also I switched to 100 mW on the control box nothing happened.

I also put the filter (457) over the objective lens and I did not see any
signal either.

could you please help  me out.
