Dear confocalists,

I'm looking for a good protocol for immunofluorescence techniques in
plant cells. Our immediate interest is to stain with antibodies some
structures as Peroxisomes, Golgi, ER, in Arabidopsis sheets that are
expressing some GFP-proteins. We would like to make a "whole mount"
method, but I'm not sure about fixation and permeabilization of the cell
walls.

Thank you

Susanna
