Important request for BioRad:
With the Radiance 2000 software we cannot image 3 probes and phase. At
most, we can image 3 probes. Any time we try to make a method to image
four probes, the fourth pane automatically turns into a merge window. This
means that every time we try to image a field of cells in fluorescence and
phase, we have image the same fields twice with different methods. And we
can't do live cell work because this is too slow.
Does anybody know a way around this? Or do we have to wait for the next
release of software?
