Hi everyone,

We are shopping for a new confocal microscope.  We are
seriously considering Zeiss, Leica and BioRad.  One
important factor that will affect our decision is the
service quality.  I heard some horrible stories about
how bad service can cause more problem than it solves
and result in unacceptable peroid of down time.  So,
I would appreciate if you could share your stories, good
or bad, about the service quality of the major confocal
microscope makers.
