     Dear Carol,
I worked on fetal lung tissue for a while. A good reference is Jeanne

I have an investigator interested in looking at lung biopsies using the
confocal microscope. Does anyone have methods for fixation and staining of
this tissue or references for this type of specimen?

   Thank you,
        Carol
