Hi all
i have a Zeiss axiovert 100 with a scanning stage which i use to detect
single molecules in an epi-illumination configuration.
now i want to do this on glass slides evaporated with ITO (conducting
glass) ~1mm thick, and i'm looking for the right objective for the job. i
need high NA to get a small excitation spot and efficient collection and at
the same time a rather large working distance. the best one i found is the
zeiss Ld acroplan 63X na 0.75. is this really the best NA i can get?
has anyone worked on this kind of substrate before?, are there any specific
considerations? is there a source for ITO evaporated cover slips?
tips from experienced microscopists will be appreciated
best regards
yuval
