My question would be found at a very basic level and i regret
for
that but the fact is that i have to know this as i deal witha
company which sells electron microscopes
1)could you please let me know what is the difference between
SEM
and TEM apart from the fact that one is used for studying the
surfact structure and the other is used for studying the
internal
structure.
2)what happens with increasing the force of electron gun i.e
increasing the gun capacity from 100 kv, to 120 kv, 200 kv to
400
kv etc.
3)What are the different types of electron scattering and what
information do they reveal and what do they signify
4)How are these two types of microscopy different from field
electron microscopy and how are they differnt in terms of
application
5)How are SEM and TEM useful in forensic department or by police
department and how can they be exploited in a hospital
