I feel I should formally apologize for the letter sent to this list
previously.  At the time of writing the letter I was upset, and I was
not paying attention to the address in the To: field.  This was
irresponsible and unprofessional of me and I do not feel good about the
situation.
    I have no personal issues with any confocal company or the good
people who work with us to allow our facility to operate on a day to day
basis.  I was wrong to imply that our problems stem from anything other
than the routine rigors of a busy facility.  Quite obviously I allowed
this to get the best of me and I made a mistake.
