Hello Jessica,

We use Rhodamin 123 often.
It is simple to use:
We have a stock solution of 100 µM in water and keep this in small
quantities in the freezer.
-Add 1 µM final concentraion to your live cells for 15 minutes.
-Wash two times.
-Look at the microscope or FACS.
