Anyone who still has the program 'Parfocal' that I used to sell
10 years ago (when confocals simply didn't provide facilities for
file conversion or printing) can use that for this - it will
ask for details about image size but is actually quite good at
guessing if you don't know (in other words it looks for the
commonest image size that will fit the file size). There must
be lots of copies out there in the back of drawers! (But you
have to face up to the command-line prompt!)
