COMMERCIAL VENDOR

Don,
You have asked for some calcium spark data on UltraVIEW.

There are 40+ movies on the www.liveCELLimaging.com , all done with UltraVIEW
(click "Movies of Life"). Resolution was reduce in order to have reasonable
WEB performance, but I can send originals in full resolution if somebody is
interested.

Two of movies show calcium sparks in cardiac myocites. There are also traces
of fluorescence changes in spark areas, so it is possible to judge S/N and
dynamic range.

I have never superior dynamic range and S/N done with 2 photon LSM at that
speed and would be keen to learn how was that done. Thanks,

Regards,

Fedja
