Dear List,
One of our users would like to know how to attach drosophila S2 cells to
coverslips for immunofluorescence studies.She has tried poly lysine but
the cells come off easily when further processing is done for in situ
matrix preparations.Any  idea to come around this problem would be of
immense help.Thanks in advance.
