Dear Joe,
If you are looking for a good colocalization software I encourage
you to visit our website: www.bitplane.com and choose products, ImarisColoc
or follow this link:
http://www.bitplane.com/products/imariscoloc/imariscolocal_product.shtml
ImarisColoc implements the most advanced methods to perform quantification
and offers more flexibility in visualizing the colocalization regions than
any other package on the market today.
One method has been implemented according to research carried out by Sylvain
Costes and Stephen Locket, NIH / NCI-FCRDC. The novel approach offers
automated selection of colocalized voxels which eliminates one
operator-related bias.
The method determines the set of coloclized voxels by analyzing the excluded
voxels. If these voxels display a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0 or
below then it is assumed that they constitute non-specific noise.
There are many more novel features of the software. Please checkout the
site.
Should you need more information please feel free to contact me.

Joe,
I didn't post the message, but I know the web site worked earlier this
year. I checked Alta Vista & Google and the software seems to have
"disappeared" from the web. All the links I found were to this URL.
