have a complete LSM-510 Confocal META Scope for sale and we have not been
able to sell the whole unit so we are planning to part it out.

We are considering the purchase of the Zeiss Meta Module Detection system to
improve our multiple labeling of tissue slices and possibly for some FRET
based experiments.

I am curious if the META system has proven useful in multiple labeling
experiments, particularly in tissue slices. Is calibration difficult? Have
people pushed the system to 5+ labels? Is there an appreciable loss
of sensitivity compared to bandpass filters? How much use does the system
get at your facility?
Any user feedback would be welcome.

Thanks,

Eric Olson
