Hi Gary,
go to http://demo.arl.arizona.edu/ and look over the demo.  this calendar
will do everything you have listed.  the only restriction I've seen is that
it works on Win 2000 and XP, but not NT.  I'm using it for one confocal
facility and will soon incorporate it into another system.  The calendar is
used in a myriad of core facilities at the Med School.
