Hi Alejandro!
I have taught multiple users on both Bio-Rad and Olympus confocal
systems. Although I'm impressed with both, my users have picked up the
Olympus system quicker and more completely. The Olympus FV500 has more
control over laser power with the AOTF than Bio-Rad's 1024 ND filters,
although there are much newer systems avaliable now. Customer support and
service from both companies has been stellar for us in southern California.
