Hello to all

I need advice as to how best to prepare live pig ovary for Calcium
spark imaging. I particularly need recommendations for tissue
preparation or embedding for vibratome sectioning and what thickness is
optimal. I am using the Zeiss 510 Meta.
Many thanks,

Miriam
