Dear List,

Thanks for the answers to my provious questions. However there is a new
"problem" I need to face with. We would like to equip our Zeiss LSM510
with a multiphoton laser. The two lasers between which we need to choose
are: the Ma-Tai broadband (710-990 nm) from Spectra Physics and the
Chameleon XR (705-980nm) from Coherent.
I know that both systems function quite well in an MP application, and
of course I'm aware of the small technical/technological differences
between the two systems. My question is whether anyone has some
advices/experiences about the two lasers or whether there is an obvious
advantage/disadvantage choosing on or the other. Pricewise they are in
the same range...

Thanks a lot for all answers Gabor
