The closest compromise I can think of at the moment would be to select a
strip scan resolution (eg. 512x32), put the microscope in xzt mode, and
set up a normal time lapse. The same line will be rastered over and
over again in the xy plane, you will end up with a stack of images each
showing a line scan through 32 closely spaced z-positions in the xz
perspective. The other way would be to write a macro in VisualBasic if
you have that capability.
