Hello,

I was wondering if anyone on this list has a plasmid containing mplum  
that I can use.  I have filed a MTA with Tsien, so there shouldn't be  
a problem with the transfer.  I haven't had much luck in working with  
the plasmid Tsien sent me.  The mCherry worked fine for me though.  I  
read somewhere that the plasmid Tsien sends out may be optimized for  
bacterial expression.

Any help or advice are appreciated.
