Good news John!

The 3rd edition has a large section on Co-localization in Chapter 36 
by Glen MacDonald and the sadly-missed Alan Hibbs. It is also 
discussed in 4 other chapters that you can find in the Index.

As far as a 4th edition: One can hardly lift the 3rd. In another 10 
years it will require a shelf of books and will be on the WWW. (I 
hope!).
