Hi,

We have a Coherent Chameleon laser for our 2-photon microscope that needs a factory
repair.  We have had this laser for less than 2 years and it is out of warranty.  We
didn't purchase the service contract, now we have to ship this to their factory in
Scotland.

I am trying to make this whole process as smooth as possible.  If you have any advice as
to what to do and what not to do, I'd love to here it.  Thanks in advance!
