Hi,
We have a custom-made two-photon microscope in our lab. When I
construct it I ordered a Hamamatsu PMT module (HC120-13 MOD) with an
integrated amplifier of 10MHz on it. Since now we are collecting image
with 512x512 @1fps (260KHz sampling rate), I think the amplifier just
"eat" a lot of my signal. Now the question: what is the proper
amplification frequency for my application? Exactly equal to sampling
rate or I need to consider Shannon-Nyquist sampling theorem (2x the
sampling rate) or something else?
    Thank you!

Sincerely,
Peng Xi
