Dear confocal specialists,

We have a venerable Leica TCS-4D confocal scan head lying around in
the lab, and I was wondering if it would be difficult to reuse it for
other purposes (such as coupling it to a widefield microscope to do
scanned FRAP experiments). Do anyone know how to interface this with a
computer trough a DA card ? Maybe Leica ca disclose this kind of (old)
information, or maybe someone managed to do it by reverse
engineering... Anyway I would be gald to know, don't hesitate to
contact me.

Thanks for your help,

Christophe
