Contact Dr. Steven Vogel, NIH and they give cerulean and Venus based linker. They use aminoacid to link the Cerulean and Venus or they may suggest you some alternative.

Subject: FRET: ECFP---EYFP construct
Dear colleagues,
for calibration/control experiments I would like to use a ECFP-short linker-EYFP construct (no real protein in-between). Can someone provide me with it kindly?
Best wishes
Chris
