Bob Williams and Bob Dunlap report finding a Red Phalarope this  
morning at the Gaylord sewage ponds in Sibley County. It was in the  
western of the two larger ponds (both are north of a third longer  
narrow pond). Gaylord is at the junction of state highways 22 and 19  
and the ponds are southeast of here along county road 67.
