As the MOU representative to Minnesota Environmental Partnership I am asked to forward information from time to time. This message comes from the Friends of the Boundary Waters Wilderness and they are requesting help to release trees planted in previous years. The plantings are to replace trees lost along the Gunflint Trail lost by the big Ham Lake Fire of 2007. The organized project will be May 7 and 8.
