Hi
This is to warn everyone to use the Duolink II Detection Reagent Green
(available since 2011). In our hands after many weeks of optimization there
was not any positive detection neither of a new nor of an established
protein interaction. We were not able to detect even the postive control
after ten sec of exposure.
The company showed rather limited cooperativity and since the kit is
extremely expensive, too, I suggest to stick to the red detection kits, only.

best
martin
