A flock of 8 White-winged Crossbills flew over the corner of W Kent Rd  
& Snelling Ave around noon today. This location is 1 block S of  
College St near UMD. Also seen today was a female-plumaged Black  
Scoter in the bay between Interstate Island and the 27th Ave W sewage  
treatment plant.
