That's my dumb mistake. I didn't even look them up. I've never seen a winter horned grebe. I'm glad you brought this to my attention. I'll send this as a retraction right away. Thanks...

  Howdy.  You sure they were Western Grebes?  Several people have reported four Horned Grebes in that corner of Calhoun.

  Just wondering if I should doubt my Horned Grebe sighting.
