Dear confocal listserv,

where can I buy an adapter for an Olympus metallurgical objective lens 
on a Leica DM series microscope?

More generally, does a company (website) have adapters to put current 
(infinity series) objective lenses of each manufacturer onto lens 
turrets of the other manufacturers? (with "reasonable' image quality).
